Yes Top 13,. They decided to bring Josh back, which I don't mind, but theree will be a few people angry and a few doing cartwheels. I am going , based of tonights performances, and the judges comments and other factors, i will predict the rankings that will be on tomorrow night( note: i said rankings, NOT what place they will finish at)
Josh Levi- His performance, while leaps and bounds better than last week, is mediocre.
Rachael Potter- I didn't really like her take on this song. it was weak to be blunt.
Carlos Guevera- He is in NO shape or form as bad as people make him out to be. However, this was his weakest performance of the season. He needs to let his nerves rest and exude confidence and humility (which he does that ) together, like Rion, Khaya, and Sweet Suspense do.
Restless Road-Yes, they sounded a lot better than last week but truly, they DID NOT even sound country( which isn't really a new thing for the lead singer) and it could put them in danger. And it definitely puts them in danger when groups like Alex & Sierra and Sweet Suspense are in this competition too.
Ellona Santiago -She did excellent, but her her category is so good, so it will be hard to say. My prediction is if there is a one-category finale, it would be the girls. Rachael(unless she does something incredible) and Jeff won't last too much longer, Restless Road will be gone soon, and the only boys who have a real shot at making the finale are Tim and Carlito.
Jeff Gutt- I am not a big fan of this contestant, he bores me. He NEEDS emotion in his songs. seriously.
Alex&Sierra-at that point, best of the night. You can say it's when the night really got started. That being said, they really need to change it up. They shouldn't be that act where they show creativity in changing up songs, but lack creativity in thinking of NEW ways to change up songs. But hearing the crowd give them the most screams of the night is convincing me they might be our next x factor winner.
Khaya- Way to go Khaya, it was different than what she normally does and that could either make her lose fans or gain fans just as the above act could lose or gain fans for not being extremely creative
9. Carlito- Girly? Really? That didn't even make sense. It sounded like he was singing it TO a girl. and yes it had emotion, and it was solid. I might of liked his "Dreaming of You" song better though. I will watch it again
10. Lillie McCloud- I doubt she'll leave early, but then I doubt she'll stay late too. It depends
11.Sweet Suspense- Props. No way they are going home tomorrow. That was awesome
12. Rion- Pretty good. Not sure if it was 100% great, but it was not bad at all
13. Tim Olstad- With the judges comments, two things will happens, His fans will go into a rage vote, pushing him high, or they will listen to the judges and decide that they will vote for a different act. i like chis performance though
Most likely Not in danger: Sweet Suspense because they did great, Lillie McCloud because of her vocals, Josh Levi do to being the "wildcard", and Ellona for being good,
Possibly in danger: Tim Olstad, because of comments of the judges, but his vocals , stage presence, and him being last might save him Rion page, for not having the biggest fan base despite her amazing talent, Carlito for judges comments and not the best performance of the night, Khaya, but probably not, Alex & Sierra for being "annoying" to certain people, Jeff Gutt, because, well he isn't that great, but he still has the possibility of going home tomorrow, but he might be safe
Mostl likely in danger: Rachael Potter, Restless Road- it might seem like I'm being anti-country here, but Rachael gave on of the worst performances of the night, no matter how good last week was, this week was a mess. And Restless Road didn't even sound country and they're the weakest of the three groups. . Of course jeff and Carlos have the potential to take one of their spots, but most likely it will be them singing for survival.
